1,363 Leads From Facebook & Instagram Ads (At Just £1.08 Per Lead!) For A Specialist Training Company
by Will Williamson on 25-Jun-2026 10:00:00

This client is a specialist provider of technical and electrical training courses, helping individuals develop the skills and qualifications needed to build successful careers in the electrical industry.
Over the past several years, they have experienced significant growth through a combination of SEO, content marketing, Google Ads and website improvements. However, they wanted to further increase enquiries and reach new audiences who may not yet be actively searching for their courses.
Expanding Into Facebook & Instagram Advertising
The client wanted to generate more enquiries for their training courses while maintaining cost-effective lead generation.
Although other marketing channels were performing well, there was an opportunity to use Facebook and Instagram advertising to reach prospective electricians earlier in their buying journey and build a larger database of future students.
The challenge was creating campaigns that could generate leads at a cost that made commercial sense while maintaining lead quality.
The Solution
We launched a Meta Ads strategy focused on valuable educational content and lead generation assets.
Rather than promoting courses directly, we created campaigns around resources designed to help prospective electricians understand their options and plan their next career move.
The campaign launched in May 2025 and delivered strong results almost immediately.
The Results
1,363 Leads Generated
Over a 12-month period, the Meta Ads campaigns generated 1,363 leads.
This created a substantial database of prospective students that could be nurtured through email marketing, sales follow-up and remarketing campaigns.

Cost Per Lead Of Just £1.08
The campaigns generated leads at an average cost of £1.08 each.
For many industries, lead generation costs can range from tens to hundreds of pounds per lead, making this an exceptional result.
More Than 100 Leads Per Month
The campaign consistently generated over 100 leads per month, providing a reliable flow of new enquiries and contacts.
This consistency enabled the client to build a predictable pipeline of future students. This is what a typical month looks like:

The Business Impact
These Meta Ads campaigns became an important part of the client's wider marketing strategy.
The leads generated through Facebook and Instagram could then be nurtured through email marketing, remarketing campaigns and direct follow-up, increasing the likelihood of future course bookings.
Combined with strong SEO, Google Ads and content marketing performance, the Meta campaign helped support one of the most successful periods of growth in the company's history, contributing to annual turnover exceeding £1 million.
