HubSpot Starter Onboarding: What's Included?
The goal of this programme is that within 90 days, you are fully set up with HubSpot Starter - it has been configured to your business, your contacts and data are all imported, and you and your team know how to use it.
For A One-Off Investment Of £1500 + VAT, You'll Get:
HubSpot Technical Set-up
The sales pipeline, custom properties, lists and custom views will be configured for you - or we can work with a member of your team to show them how to do it for themselves.
HubSpot Data Import
Your existing contacts, companies, tasks and sales opportunities will be implemented for you - or we can work with a member of your team to show them how to do it for themselves.
HubSpot Starter Onboarding
Marketing Tools Implemented
The HubSpot marketing tools will be set up and implemented for you, including live chat/chat bot, lead flows/pop-ups, follow up emails and creating a mail shot/newsletter/email template.
Set Up Of Sales Email Templates
You'll get email templates to follow up leads, send quotes, follow up quotes and request reviews/testimonials, and will help you set up any email templates you currently use so they are available for your entire team.
CRM Training
You'll get a training session with a HubSpot expert to show your team how to use and get the most from HubSpot. The session will be recorded so you have resources you can refer to again and share with other team members.
Post-Training Support
Once the programme is finished you'll still be able to get in touch to get questions answered and to get support, as well as access to our other sales and marketing services to help your business grow.
A 4-Phase Onboarding Service
Phase 1 - Getting started with the CRM
A key element of success on HubSpot is to understand how HubSpot’s CRM, or CRMs in general, can help you and your team to succeed.
We always start by reviewing how you currently use the CRM, or training your team on the basics of HubSpot CRM management. This will include:
- Understanding the jargon of HubSpot
- Understanding the benefits of the CRM for your team
- Training your team on how to use contacts, companies, deals, and
tasks within HubSpot - Migrating your existing data
- Deciding which information to log + how to log it
Phase 2 - Tool Run-Through & Scoping
We will then run through all of the tools you have available to you on the starter platform and provide you with a brief overview of their use cases and benefits.
This will enable us to begin scoping out which tools will have the greatest impact on your business.
We will come away from this session with a clearly defined list of tools to focus on in the next phase.
Phase 3 - Up To 5 Hours Training & Support
Off the back of the scoping phase, we will be able to choose our key focus areas. We can then use up to 5 hours of support in this area, either to create things for you within HubSpot or to train you on certain areas of the platform. This will be entirely tailored to your business, but could include:
- Setting up landing page templates
- Setting up blog templates
- Training on email marketing
- Setting up email marketing templates
- Training on simple automation
- Training on forms
- Setting up forms
- Connecting HubSpot to your website
- Training on templated emails
- Setting up your deals pipeline
- Setting up custom properties
- Training on custom properties
You can use these 5 hours as you wish, and can always purchase additional support hours if needed!
Phase 4 - Offboarding & Ongoing Support
We will meet again with all key stakeholders to look at whether we have met the initial goals we set out to meet. We will make sure your team are confident on everything they have been taught, and answer any final questions.
We will also look at what level of ongoing support is needed, whether your team are able to be fully self-sufficient, or whether they might need ongoing support from JDR.
Regardless, we will continue to check in with you as you carry on your HubSpot journey, and let you know of any additional features we think would be helpful.
