Your website is the backbone of your marketing activities; remember, your pay-per-click ads, social media and any browsing customers will come to your site to find out more about you, and therefore you should focus on making the experience as easy and intuitive as humanly possible.
After auditing your website, I recommend auditing your content. Log whenever you update your website with new content, and then routinely track the performance. How many page views? How many likes / shares and interactions? How many submissions / contact us enquiries? Monitoring your content will help you build an effective editorial calendar – allowing you to post content at peak times to boost conversions.
